Jewelry Care

We carry an whole array of jewelry and have been in business for over two decades. We have learnt that only rings take heavy wear and proper guidance can almost eliminate any service issues.

Modern day diamond jewelry styles, especially rings, often have multiple small accent diamonds held with pin point prongs, which are very delicate and require gentle use and care. We recommend not to wear your rings while using gloves, doing heavy household work like cleaning & washing dishes. You should avoid the situation where your diamonds come in contact with chlorine bleach, lotion, perfume, hair spray or other chemicals because they can pit or discolor the mounting. We also suggest to store your jewelry in a jewelry box while not in use. Periodically, keep checking your prongs and look for loose stones, if you notice anything which needs attention, please bring it, or ship it, to us and we will get it rectified. We recommend polish and rhodium dip of white gold rings every 6 to 12 months.

Cleaning and inspection of your jewelry at home or by us on a regular basis is key to avoid loss of stones or other damage. Using a soft toothbrush and a solution of warm water and liquid hand soap, your jewelry can be gently cleaned at home. You can bring your jewelry purchased from us for a free cleaning and inspection anytime.
