Returns & Exchanges

Our Online Return & Exchange Policy:

We are pleased to offer refunds on natural diamond items purchased with cash, credit, debit, or Affirm within 7 days of purchase. All other items are eligible for exchange within 30 days. Refunds and exchanges require the item to be in brand new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

No refunds are allowed on Wellsfargo, Synchrony, Lendmark, Lease-to-own purchases, watches, layaways, special orders, custom orders, special discounts, or altered/sized items.

Please email us at jsmealco@gmail.com or call us at (478) 405-8877 to start the return process. Email us a few pictures of the jewelry piece along with the reason of the return and we will email you a return authorization approval. After you receive the return authorization approval, get a print out of the email and return the item to one of our stores or ship it back to us with adequate insurance and signature confirmation. A refund will be issued after an inspection of the returned item within 15 days of receipt. After the refund is issued, the bank or credit card company might take additional time to process the return.

If the item is not received in brand new unworn condition or if the item does not include all the parts or is damaged, a refund will not be processed.
