Our Online Return & Exchange Policy:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly honor a refund for an item returned within 7 days of purchase; or will exchange / issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase, only if the merchandise is in “brand new / unworn” condition.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (478) 333-8878 to start the return process. Email us a few pictures of the jewelry piece along with the reason of the return and we will email you a return authorization approval. After you receive the return authorization approval, get a print out of the email and return the item to one of our stores or ship it back to us with adequate insurance and signature confirmation. A refund will be issued after an inspection of the returned item within 15 days of receipt. After the refund is issued, the bank or credit card company might take additional time to process the return.
If the item is not received in brand new unworn condition or if the item does not include all the parts or is damaged, a refund will not be processed.

Refunds or Exchanges are NOT allowed on Special Orders, Custom Orders, Sized Rings or Altered Pieces. Purchases made using No Credit needed lease to own and Mid-Tier financing options CANNOT be returned, but can be exchanged within 30 days.
