Trade-Up Policy

We will gladly trade any earth mined diamond jewelry in acceptable condition purchased from us or elsewhere, towards a new piece in store or online.

Upon inspection of the piece, you will get a trade value which will be valid for a period of 30 days. You can use your trade-up credit to pay only up to half of the price of the new item. For example, if the original item is $500 and the new item is $1000, you pay $500. If the new item is $800, then you pay $400.

Multiple trade pieces cannot be combined. Lab grown diamonds, silver, pearls, alternate metals, watches etc. cannot be traded.
